I will destroy the evil in the world
one malfunctioning lampost at a time(!)
u belong with me
i belong to no-one
cept God
I am my own person
part of the milling crowd
Chem re-sit was ok - don't want to over-analyse coz i will drive myself with the "what-ifs" so will let you know exactly how it went when i get the results.
Thursday other than the chemistry is abit of a blur - saw mrs green about NLP which was fun and a little more of that self-analysis stuff...not much that i didn't already no to be fair but was still interesting!
much fun was had with mind-mapping software in psychology.....quite a rubbish lecture later on in the afternoon but not unbearable!
Friday was a bit of a blur aswell - mostly due to tiredness and pounding headache which is still haunting me at sporadic intervals. actually did work on fri morning which i haven't done for a while! biology was ok - debating about stem cells, genetic therapy and lovely other things like that....also scheming a trip to the natural hsitory museum - jst as human biologists and mrs husselbury (and now mayb also dr masri!)
which would b kwl - bt a lil wierd if it ws a 1:1 teacher, student ratio (coz only the two of us doing human bio)
also omar freaked me out bigtime by suggesting that ppl would think masri and mrs h were our rents if it wer jst them and us2.
not happy about this suggestion.
at all.
still we could look bac and laugh
hmmmmm......
chem was fun(ish) assessed practical (we are miileees ahead of the other chem grp which is pleasing!) and then it was psychology (yawn!) and then horse-riding - one horse got freaked and galloped - almost dragging newly dismounted rider with him - which was scary - luckily i wasn't aforementioned rider.
FUEL on Friday was gd....the vid of me and eilidh in a drama wasn't as embarrassing as it could have been!! so all is gd!
Last night i went with Omar and her parents and Omar's parents friends to see a play called "If I Were You" in the ford of guild
which was very laugh-out-loud funny
a nice relief
the darker sides of it were a nice non-advert for marriage
it involved a body-swap btwn man and wife
superbly acted
then went bac2omar's house, ate toast and went v.quickly to sleep as we were both shattered, specially omar who had spent most of the day dealing with "wierd" germans in london, but we did manage to reminisce nicely about DofE and the various scraps and mishaps; good, bad and downright hilarious.
such as anji walking into a disabled toilet cubicle coz the others were all locked, locking the door and turning round to be faced with none other than cathy dick staring back from the loo-seat.
this made me laugh at a lot, at anji's expense i fear!
(argh got anji and axni mixed up while typing - i thought i'd got out of the naming muddle i was nicely entangled in a year-or-so ago :S)
yes
i have spent too long doing this
like rolling up a ball of a string
right from the v.beginning
must go
hope ure various weekend activities have been fun
xox
